How to Increase Motivation
Below are some of the tips that can increase the motivation on ourselves and others who work around us.
1. Consequences – be aware of the negative consequences while not getting the desired results. Do not use threats because it will turn people against you.
2. Pleasure – a reward that is pleasurable will raise the productive people.
3. Performance incentives – this will make people word harder.
4. Detailed instructions – try to give dynamic and specific instructions because people work better when they know exactly what’s expected.
5. Short and long term goals – short term goals can be used to guide the process while the long term goals can be used to create an overall philosophy.
6. Kindness – shows your kindness and gets people on your side. Piss them off and they’ll do everything they can to screw you over.
7. Deadlines – many people are most productive right before a big deadline.
8. Team Spirit – building strong bond among each others. If people feel like part of team, they will be more productive.

11. Personal stake – consider and understand others’ needs. This will make people happy and productive while reaching compromise.
