How to Increase Motivation
Below are some of the tips that can increase the motivation on ourselves and others who work around us.
1. Consequences – be aware of the negative consequences while not getting the desired results. Do not use threats because it will turn people against you.
2. Pleasure – a reward that is pleasurable will raise the productive people.
3. Performance incentives – this will make people word harder.
4. Detailed instructions – try to give dynamic and specific instructions because people work better when they know exactly what’s expected.

5. Short and long term goals
– short term goals can be used to guide the process while the long term goals can be used to create an overall philosophy.
6. Kindness – shows your kindness and gets people on your side. Piss them off and they’ll do everything they can to screw you over.
7. Deadlines – many people are most productive right before a big deadline.

8. Team Spirit
– building strong bond among each others. If people feel like part of team, they will be more productive.
10. Recognize achievement –to recognize achievements individually and also in group settings.
11. Personal stake – consider and understand others’ needs. This will make people happy and productive while reaching compromise.
12. Concentrate on outcomes – do not ‘spy’ on others work. Do focus on the results.
13. Trust and Respect – show your trust and respect and people will respond to requests much more favorably.
14. Create challenges – while facing challenges, people will be more enthusiastic.
15. Let people be creative – think out of the box. Accepting the opinions and creativeness from others


16. Constructive criticism
– let people aware of their mistakes and give them opportunity to improve. 
17. Demand improvement – Don’t let people stagnate. Each time someone advances raise the bar a little higher (especially for yourself).
18. Make it fun – create a fun and positive environment will make people more enjoyable to work and thus lead to better results.
19. Create opportunities – make people know that hard work will be paid off if they doing advance.

20. Communication
– Keep the communication channels open. Find out the solution before serious dispute.
21. Make it stimulating –a stimulating environment creates enthusiasm and the opportunity for “big picture” thinking.
